PREPARATION & PHOTOGRAPHY
Prepare your home for the market, clean, declutter and schedule an appointment with us for professional pictures to be taken.
BEHIND THE SCENES
We will prepare the listing for MLS and other websites by filling out all the pertinent information, writing an engaging description that will contain key words for searches and upload the best pictures from the photoshoot.
MARKETING
In addition to bring published on Centis, Realtor.ca and other real estate websites, we will market your property in various ways including social media and other digital or print media. Booklets featuring your home will be prepared and made available to potential buyers when they visit. We will discuss your home with many colleagues and our bank of qualified buyers to give you maximum exposure.
ADMINISTRATION
Sit back and relax, we will do all the dirty work. From handling all inquiries to scheduling visit appointments, we have got you covered.
OFFERS & COUNTER OFFERS
We will discuss all the details of the offers in order for you to be able to make the best informed decision on the sale of your home. Factors to consider during the negotiation process include but are not limited to: price, moving date, conditions (inspection, financing, etc.) and deadlines.
