We use wide angle photos to showcase the entire room but no fisheye zooms which create misleading pictures. You will get a minimum of 24 photos. Also includes laser room measurements for more accuracy.
Virtual tours are a great asset to have since they allow potential buyers who cannot visit in person to be able to tour your home. This feature also includes floor plans of each floor of your home including measurements.

Various print and digital marketing will be prepared to showcase your property to potential buyers. We will contact our list of qualified buyers to present them your home and we will discuss your property with our network of brokers. The listing will be featured on many websites and social media platforms.
All visit requests we receive will be coordinated with you to ensure minimal disturbance all the while allowing the most amount of people to tour your home and fall in love in the process! Each request will be run by you prior to confirmation to make sure it fits your busy schedule.
We will answer all incoming inquiries about your property to make sure that potential buyer's know all there is to know about your home. No phone call, email or social media message will go unanswered!
Once an offer (or multiple offers) is received, we will explain its' contents to allow you to make the most informed decision. We will discuss all the pros and cons with you and we will be there to answer any questions you may have. We will recommend negotiations based on comparable sales.
Once the sale is firm we will send the file to the notary for processing. We will maintain communication with the notary until the signing of the deed of sale and we will be there to assist you with any issues, should they arise.
